We are a little gathering place. We are also a modern event space and a venue to create your best day ever place! We are perfect for baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, wedding receptions, corporate meetings, corporate events, luncheons and so much more! 


Humbol Company provides a modern and intimate event space for a variety of private events. Enjoy modern amenities, an in-house sound system, a kitchenette, modern tables, chairs, and other amenities sure to make your event spectacular. We have ample parking for you and your guests.

Our pricing structure is designed to be transparent and straightforward:


Monday through Thursday:

  • $250 per hour with a 3-hour minimum

  • Please contact us for corporate rates & packages.


Friday, Saturday, and Sunday:

  • $300 per hour for 4 hours 

  • $250 per hour for 6 hours

  • $225 per hour for 10 hours (full day rate)


Setup and clean-up activities must be done within the allocated booking hours.



  • A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.

We book up FAST!

Please be advised that we allocate bookings on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your event date, you may make a $250 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be credited towards your final payment.

We are a BYOE (bring your own everything) venue, from food, alcohol, and decorations. 

Aside from our light modern space, 12ft ceilings, natural light, and beautiful modern furniture, we’ve got everything else you need for a beautiful event. Our venue can accommodate up to 75 guests (if you have a few more we won't mind).

Here is what's included with your rental

  • Modern Tables & Seating for 50 guests (we have several layouts to fit your needs)

  • 77-inch OLED Smart television (movable to any space in the venue)

  • In-house Sound System with Digital Keyosk for all of your Music or Presentations.

  • And of course Wifi!

  • Modern Kitchenette for Prep and Display

  • Coded Entry System for Modern Guest Entry

  • 2 Private Restrooms (handicap accessible)

  • Ample Parking for Guests

Our Gorgeous & welcoming Kitchenette includes:

  • 10 & 13ft quartz counter space for both prep and food & beverage display.

  • Full-size refrigerator with a freezer

  • Wine refrigerator

  • Microwave

  • Modern handwashing sink

In-House Rentals:
No need to worry about delivery and pick up with Humbol Co. In-house rentals, we offer a small inventory of event in-house rentals that includes a selfie Photobooth, PA System, Voice enhancing Karaoke Machine, backdrops, arches, signs, chafing dishes, microphones, serve ware, additional tables & chairs, and more! PLUS+ With our Venue

  • We personalize your event with tailored room setups, handling everything from door preferences to table and chair arrangements. Plus, we ensure everything is in place before your event, so you can focus on what matters most without worrying about setting up furniture or in-house rentals.

  • With our Venue, a bartender is not required unless it's a public event.

  • You have the freedom to choose any vendor you prefer. While we're happy to provide recommendations and connections if needed, we won't impose any vendor requirements.

  • Our location at the Streets of Indian Lake offers convenience with its proximity to restaurants, entertainment, hotels, and easy access to the interstate for guest convenience.

  • Ample Parking!

  • Our in-house music system seamlessly integrates with our microphones, whether you're looking to keep the party going or present your seminar professionally.
